Off The Hook!

Hello Everyone!

As Yasmeen said, the advising center has been CRAZY these past few weeks and still continues to be. The phones have been ringing off the hook, and it seems like the advisers constantly see student after student. Speaking of advising, I'm sure many of you at some point have felt like I do now. Lost. Confused. Stressed. In need of advise. Life advise. If you feel the same, come with me to the career center. Don't worry, we can figure out our lives together! I never thought I would run into a problem of being too ahead in school...I was wrong. Thankfully, my parents and my scholarships are fully supportive of my studies and to continue them. Which means I am desperately trying to figure out another major to add in the Fulbright College. There are so many and each one offers a new edge to my degree--any suggestions?

Now, the time has come. November means one thing: eating. Lots of eating. Too much eating, in fact. In my family alone, I will be attending 4 Thanksgiving dinners. I feel the weight gain already. For those of you with a family tree as large as mine, I sympathise. For those of you without a family tree as large as my'n, I sympathize even more. You're missing out!

All of this eating means two things:

1. HPER, which I will be frequenting.
2. Life Plan. My goal is to catch up and figure out my life after Thanksgiving. Good luck with that, right?

Now, my stomach says it is lunch time. I am trying to ignore it so I can eat all 5 types of pie and still be able to make it up the Fayetteville hills.
